4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agency service fees, the Client owns final deliverables, custom creative assets, and landing pages developed specifically for the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Neh Chhaya Pvt Ltd uses industry best practices and data analytics to optimize campaigns, search engine algorithm updates and third-party platform policy shifts are beyond agency control.
